Faodail Roastery is a small batch, speciality coffee company based in Glasgow, founded by Kenneth and Simone. Faodail translates as 'lucky find' in Gaelic.

 

We select only the highest quality, ethically sourced and traceable green beans. Keeping it simple, we supply one blend and a small number of single origin coffees. Our single origins are chosen with quality, seasonality and individual flavour profiles in mind. All our coffee is 100% Arabica.

Our coffee beans are skillfully roasted to a specific and consistent profile to enhance and develop their individual characteristics and flavours. A balance is carefully struck in the roasting process to develop sweetness and depth whilst preserving the subtle notes (citrus, berry, floral, spice etc) of the coffee.

To ensure you get the freshest coffee possible we take delivery of our green beans on a regular basis, roast them in small batches to order and dispatch straight away so you can enjoy our coffee at its best.

 

Endeavouring to be as sustainable as possible our retail packaging is 100% recyclable and carbon neutral. We also offer ZERO WASTE options for both our wholesale and retail customers.
